At APERÇU Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your frames. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging, ensuring all tags and cleaning cloths are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund or ship your new frames within 5-7 business days.
